The faithful of St. Gregorios Orthodox Church, Dallas, are deeply saddened to announce the falling asleep in the Lord of our beloved Mr. Michael Chacko. A cornerstone of our spiritual family, Mr. Chacko was a cherished founding member whose dedication helped lay the very foundations of this parish.
From its earliest days, his steadfast faith, generous spirit, and unwavering commitment were instrumental in nurturing our community from a small gathering into a vibrant church home. His presence was a constant—a quiet strength at services, a willing hand at events, and a living bridge connecting our past to our present. He was not merely a witness to our history but an active architect of it.
While the pain of this loss is profound, we find solace in the promise of eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ. We entrust his noble soul to God’s merciful hands, praying for his memory to be eternal.
At this time, the funeral arrangements are yet to be finalized. The parish will communicate details as soon as they are available. We humbly and urgently ask all members of our community and our well-wishers to surround the grieving family—his wife, children, and all loved ones—with a blanket of your fervent prayers.
