Jessica Alvarado, a 31-year-old woman from Los Angeles, went missing on January 28, 2026. She was last seen in the 900 block of Dominguez Street in Wilmington around 4 p.m. Her disappearance sparked concern among family and the community, prompting widespread searches and a public appeal for information.
Jessica was described as 5’4″, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive floral neck tattoo. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a green sweater, black pants, and black boots.
Tragically, Jessica Alvarado has been found deceased. Authorities investigating her death responded to a scene near Opp Street and McFarland Avenue, where they cordoned off the area. As of now, police have not released details regarding the cause of death, and the investigation is ongoing.
Jessica’s family issued a heartfelt statement expressing their grief, saying their sister and daughter is “no longer with us” and thanking the community for their support during the search efforts.
